The villa has been built in 2004 and restyled in 2014, completely in harmony with the environment on a piece of land of 1500 square meters.

Sitting on the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view on the private, kidney shaped pool (35 m2), garden and green hills. Walking in the garden you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and eat available vegetables and fruits.

Also inside the villa you will feel comfortable. The villa consists of a living-room, spacious living-kitchen, 2 big covered balcony’s, specious hall, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 separate toilet.
